Order a Flag flown over the U.S. Capitol

To order a U.S. flag, please complete and mail the following form to my office:
The normal processing time is six (6) to eight (8) weeks. This service is for Alaskans ONLY.
PLEASE NOTE - Our office will do our best to fulfill your flag request in a timely manner, but please be aware that we do not control the flying of flags over the Capitol. All flag flying requests are done on a first-come, first-serve basis by the Architect of the Capitol. We must share this service with all the other Members of the House of Representatives. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
