Delegation Announces Education Grant

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Alaska Congressional Delegation is pleased to announce a grant from the Department of Education in the amount of $999,999. This grant has been awarded to the Skagway City School District under the Teaching American History Grants Program. This grant program supports three-year projects to improve teachers' knowledge and understanding of traditional American history through intensive, on-going professional development. # # # |
