WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Alaska Congressional Delegation is pleased to announce the following grants and contracts awarded to communities in the State of Alaska:
Department of the Army:
$70,000,000 contract to Tatilek Contractors for construction services for the U.S. Army Alaska Garrison Structures.
$2,000,000 task order to an existing contract (with a cumulative total of $180,000,000) to Jacobs Engineering Group to perform drum, debris, and contaminated soil removal in support of the Taku Gardens Remedial Investigation at the former communications site at Fort Wainwright, Alaska.
Department of Justice:
$50,000 to the Alaska Native Justice Center to support the planning and development of a victimization-focused public awareness campaign targeted at underserved populations with Limited English Proficiency in the local community.
