– The Alaska Congressional Delegation is pleased to announce the following grants awarded to communities in the State of Alaska totaling $453,051: U.S. Department of Transportation: $113,940 to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for the Glenn Highway National Scenic Byway Knik River Access Interpretive Project $91,064 to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for Alaska’ Marine Highway Japonski Island Boathouse Rehabilitation Design $23,113 to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for Alaska’s Marine Highway, Corridor Management Plan Implementation $123,600 to the Alaska Department of Transportation for the State of Alaska Byways Marketing Project $37,558 to the Alaska Department of Transportation for Alaska’s Marine Highway Baranov Museum Window Restoration $63,776 to the Alaska Department of Transportation for State of Alaska Scenic Byway Signage # # # |
