Rep. Young Sends Letter Regarding Critical Habitat For Polar Bears

Today, a bipartisan group of Members, led by Alaskan Congressman Don Young, sent a letter to Department of Interior Secretary Ken Salazar in response to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s request for public comments on the proposed rule to designate critical habitat for polar bear populations in Alaska under the Endangered Species Act.
